Conclusion

Looking the business in silver and producing results marginally better than our go-to memory...

G.Skill knows there is a sliver of enthusiasts willing to pay what may seem over the odds for the last ounce of performance.

Catering to this camp specifically is the Trident Z Royal Elite range of memory, and arguably the best of the bunch is the DDR4-3600 stuff imbued with super-tight timings.

Looking the business in silver and producing results marginally better than our go-to memory, we can see a place for it in base systems costing comfortably the wrong side of Ā£2,000.

With value thrown fully out of the window, those who want top-notch components throughout their build will do well to put this G.Skill pack on the shortlist.

The Good

The Bad
Top-notch RGB
CL14 at 3,600MHz
Classy looks
Wide frequency range

Price, inevitably
Gains relatively small on Ryzen 9

High frequency meets low latency.
With high price and high voltage - ouch!
Wouldn't the obvious one to compare them with be 3600 CL16? I have 2 sets of F4-3600C16D-16GTZ in mine and I'm willing to bet they out perform 3200 at CL14 or CL16, and they cost a fraction of the RRP for these 3600CL14 sets.

That said, the difference in all but mem specific benchmarks appears to be negligible anyway. Where does latency matter? Sound recording I guess. Maybe some repetitive editing tasks like batch photo processing? I'm not sure those gaming margins are worth the cost for the average person.
“Classy looks” oh man, this is about as classy as the Louis Vuitton ufo speaker https://www.whathifi.com/news/louis-vuitton-has-built-a-dollar3000-light-up-speaker-that-looks-like-a-ufo

It reminds of a comment I read in a car magazine, a long time ago, “As flash as a rat with a gold tooth.”
I think if I ever bought this ram , I would use a rattle can and spray them matt black !

They look as tacky as a episode of the Kardasians. just ugly .
