CPU Tests

The Aorus X399 Xtreme falls a touch behind the Asus at stock speeds. Application performance is obviously based on how well it can take advantage of the CPU, so X399 is mighty impressive in Cinebench but less so in the HandBrake test which doesn't effectively scale past 32 threads.
