3DMark 11 is the latest version of this hugely-popular synthetic benchmark. Making use of DX11 features such as tessellation, compute shaders and multi-threading, it provides modern-day results and is available as a free download.
Gigabyte's GTX 660 OC is one of the higher-clocked 660s on the market, so it's no surprise to see it scaling the 3DMark 11 chart. The bump in speed is enough to come in ahead of KFA²'s alternative - the 660 EX OC - but the chop in specification leaves Gigabyte's 660 some way behind its own (admittedly more expensive) 660 Ti.
