On 30 June NVIDIA rolled out the R258.69 beta drivers and brought along support for 3D Vision. Then a week or so ago we saw the R258.96 set, enabling official support for the GeForce GTX 460 GPUs and Windows Hardware Quality Labs certification for 3D Vision.

Now, finally, the green team has checked all the correct Microsoft boxes and has the final-release R258.96 drivers available to download from its site.

A peek at the NVIDIA-provided numbers shows no increase over the previous R258.96 set, but, hey, give them a go if you're running GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, 100, 200, 300, and 400-series desktop GPUs as well as ION desktop GPUs.
