Remember IKONIK? The relatively-new Taiwanese manufacturer was on hand at COMPUTEX back in June with the promise of impressive-looking chassis, coolers and PSUs.
The self-proclaimed "young and ambitious player" has been fairly quite since then, and we've yet to see its Ra X10 chassis become readily available. Nonetheless, it isn't throwing in the towel and it's ploughing forward with the launch of its high-end Vulcan series and mainstream Gaia series power supplies.
Vulcan, pictured below, will be targeting gamers and overclockers (Trekkies too, we guess), and will be available in 650W, 850W, 1,000W and 1,200W configurations. The mid-range Gaia units will be available in 450W and 500W models.
Both the Gaia and Vulcan range are 80 PLUS certified, and the latter offers modular cables and a 140mm ball-bearing blue-LED fan.
We're admittedly sceptical as to whether or not the power supplies will arrive on UK shores anytime soon, and pricing remains unknown. Still, if you're interested to see how the units stack up, detailed specifications are available on the official Vulcan and Gaia product pages.
