Gates opens the show
The Consumer Electronics Show begins on the 5th January and ends on the 8th January in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you hadn't already heard Nick and David from Hexus are heading over there to bring us the latest news from the floor.
They'll get to meet the 2,500 exhibitors from around the world (well maybe not all of them), in the largest consumer technology trade show of 2006. In addition to all the high tech gadgetry on show we're hoping that there may be some sort of sneak preview of the PS3, although unconfirmed reports this morning are saying that there will be no announcements.
Tune into Bill Gate's opening speech live on January 4 at 6.30pm (Pacific time) - that's 2.30 in the morning of the following day (Jan 5) for those in the UK and others on GMT.
