CEBIT is looming, and although our coverage hasn't kicked off just yet, now's the time that companies start bombarding us with "woo come see us at CEBIT" press releases. Luckily XFX try to make their releases at least a little bit more interesting than the rest.
They'll be showing off their latest graphics cards (7800 and friends) along with their Revo 64 storage accelerator which we proved was a pretty neat RAID solution. Indeed it seems their stand is geared up for gamers.
XFX are spicing things up by dubbing their stand the Cyber Athletics Club, which obviously is where all the pro cyber athletes stop off to flex their fragging muscles: "Cyber athletes play hard. They demand the finest equipment for the ultimate performance. And that's why you'll find them playing at our booth. ". Right, well XFX better wait for our Nick to give them a run for their money.
There's no word on anything new on show as such, but that doesn't mean their won't be. We'll be sure to check under the desk for anything stashed away, hopefully avoiding a roughing over by the XFX "oi, get out!" heavies.
