MiTAC Will Announce the New All-In-One Touch PC at CeBIT 2011

(For Immediate Release, February 16, 2011, Taipei, Taiwan) Leading ICT manufacturing company – MiTAC International Corp. is going to introduce its new all-in-one Touch PC series at CeBIT, Hannover 2011. MiTAC’s new AlO Touch PC- Maestro 680 and Maestro 650, which are built in partnership Intel’s Sandy Bridge solution, combine a slim design, green features, great performance and better multimedia experience to provide a maximum All-In-One PC solution to the market.

Green All-In-One touch PC with environmentally friendly design

Green environmental designs are becoming a key factor in consumer purchasing decisions. Responding to this trend MiTAC continue to add more green features to the new generation of AIO Touch PC’s. First, the Maestro 680 and 650 AIO are powered by the Intel’s energy efficiency processor – Sandy Bridge 65W DC/QC - which saves energy without compromising performance. Secondly, the Maestro 680 and 650 is equipped with a mercury free LED backlight panel, so it draws less power therefore making it more energy efficiency and also environmentally friendly. Thirdly, the specially designed “ECO button” on the front of the AIO, allows users to decrease the brightness of the panel and the operation frequency of CUP, and also take it into suspend mode.

Furthermore, with their integrated light sensor and motion sensor, the PC’s can adjust their operation according to not only environmental lighting, but also establish whether a person is in front of the computer or not. Not only does it come with these green features, the components and materials of Maestro 680 and 650 are designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible ensuring that it meets such standards as RoHS.

Maximum entertainment with polarized 3D display, surround sound speakers and more

The Maestro 680 and 650 has been designed to provide maximum entertainment for the user and their family. It combines high-performance graphics and the latest Intel® processor in a slim and compact AIO design. They both feature a full HD display and LED panel which will enhance color clarity by 20%. The AIO’s are equipped HD webcams to support HD recording and video conferencing. They also support HDMI input with a single button to ensure the HD content in your mobile device, such as the iPhone, HD video camera or game console, can be displayed perfectly. With its polarized 3D display and surround sound speakers the Maestro 680 and 650 is the best range of computers for all round family entertainment.

Operate AIO freely with touch panel and proximity sensor

The Maestro 680 AIO features a 24-inch HD touch screen, and the Maestro 650 AIO features a 21-inch display. Both of them optionally support proximity functionality; when your hand approaches the panel, the functions will appear automatically. At the top and bottom of the screen, you will see the functional icons, and brightness adjustment shown in the left hand side and the volume adjustment on the right hand side.
