New flagship at the top of the power supply range
Hanover, July 6, 2012: Xilence, a specialist in cooling, power supply and noise reduction for PCs and notebooks, presents its latest flagship in the 1000 watt XQ power supply series, the SPS-XPXQ-1000.R4. This platinum-certified power supply is available now in stores for €199 (recommended retail price).

The two integrated 60 mm fans are the visible parts of the new direct airflow concept guaranteeing noiseless work and maximum performance. The 1000 W model in the XQ series is entirely passively cooled up to a load of 20-30%. ‘The new airflow makes these power supplies considerably quieter than many competing products,' promises Fröhlig, who can point to numerous honours conferred by reputable testers. Those who buy the Xilence XQ series receive a reduced-noise power supply while at the same time benefiting from the safety of an actively ventilated power supply.
A red status LED on the back of the power supply indicates that it is in use - thanks to its soundless operation, the power supply cannot be heard while it is switched on. Modular cable management ensures a tidy case interior.
The 1000 watt SPS-XPXQ-1000.R4 is available immediately in specialist stores for €199 (recommended retail price). Xilence provides a warranty of up to five years (with registration) as well as on-site replacement service during the first year.
