Press Release

D-Link's recent success is recognised by leading independent industry publication

London, 27 June 2007 - D-Link, the end-to-end networking solutions provider for consumers and business, today announced that it has been included in BusinessWeek Magazine's 'Info Tech 100', a listing of the world's best Information Technology companies, which features in its July 2, 2007 issue.

BusinessWeek is one of the world's most acclaimed and respected business publications. The full article about "The Info Tech 100" for 2007, can be read on-line at: http://www.businessweek.com.

In order to be included in the listing, BusinessWeek has stringent criteria that an organisation must meet, including revenues of more than $300 million. The initial 500 companies were divided into eight separate categories, such as software, semiconductors, computers and peripherals. At this point, companies are eliminated if their stock price had dropped more than 75%, if sales have declined, or if any developments arose that raised questions about the company's future. The remaining companies are then ranked based on return on equity, shareholder return, revenue growth, and total revenues.

A common theme among this year's Info Tech 100 companies was reinvention. For many of the companies that made this year's list, key factors were the recreation of their image and what they could provide for their customers. Other factors included being able to diversify into new businesses and being able to quickly spread into new areas of the market.

"That D-Link has been listed in BusinessWeek's top 100 IT companies is a huge success for us," said Kevin Wen, President of D-Link Europe. "This honour is a true reflection of the enormous energy and investment that D-Link has made in products, positioning, and protecting our traditional markets. It also recognises the considerable progress that D-Link has made in developing solutions for the corporate sector."

Not only was D-Link ranked as one of the top 100 IT companies in the world, it was also listed as ninth best company for shareholder returns; D-Link had a shareholder return of 99.6% over the past year (up to May 31, 2007).
