The high-spec machine features Dual-Core CPU, boasting impressive start-up and shutdown speeds, and enabling read and write up speeds of 100 Mb/s.
Users can easily back up data with NovaStor’s NovaBACKUP® for PC or TimeMachine for Mac.
Buffalo’s LS520D is also DLNA compatible and works with 3rd party File Management apps for both Android and iOS, to help users step-up their Digital Life and/or seamlessly blend into their existing set-up.

The native interface allows for greater control on usage, especially when it comes to power consumption. The LS520D’s new extensive power controls allows for include on/off scheduling and HDD spin down, which means that the LS520 stops working when you do, resulting in significant reductions in power consumption.
The high performance LS520D is ideal for users who need a high-performing storage solution that is quick and easy to both setup and use. It comes with a simple setup wizard, as well as a quick and mobile-friendly interface.
In terms of efficiency, the device boasts ultra fast data transfer speeds, impressive start-up and shut down speeds, and write speeds of up to 100 MB.
The LS520D series is a two bay network attached storage solution available as a diskless enclosure or fully populated with 2, 4, 6, or 8TB capacity.
