BUFFALO Technology adds two ADSL Modem/Router bundles to its wireless networking portfolio
London, UK, 29th November 2005 - As the January sales loom, Buffalo Technology - a global leader in the design, development and manufacturing of wireless networking, storage, multimedia and memory solutions - is offering a special rate on its two new ADSL bundles aimed at both the cost-conscious user as well as high-end power users.
The High Power Bundle (WMR-HP-G54) comprises Buffalo's new ADSL2+ Modem with its award winning Turbo G High Power Wireless Smart Router (WHR-HP-G54) for users demanding range. The High Power router produces a 60% increase in wireless transmit power. This results in a five-fold increase in range and a 50% increase in speed* which also eliminates wireless dead spots.
The Low Cost Bundle (WMR-G54S), for the more cost-conscious user, offers a simple-to-install package with Buffalo's ADSL2+ Modem and mainstream Turbo G smart router (WHR-G54S).
Both bundles offer speed, simple configuration and easy security setup with Buffalo's AirStation One-Touch Secure System(tm) (AOSS(tm)).
Backed by a limited two-year warranty, the bundles will be available from December at a recommended retail price of £68.60 (ex VAT) for the High Power Bundle (WMR-HP-G54) and £56.77 for the Low Cost Bundle (WMR-G54S). Suppliers include eBuyer, Dabs, More Computers, Insight, PC World Business and Misco.
