Rotterdam (the Netherlands), February 2010 - Sitecom introduces the WL-357 Wireless Mobile Router 300N X2 from the Pure E-motion | X-series line which is ideal for mobile users, who want to share mobile 3G internet with multiple users at any location. With the Mobile Router the user can easily share his 3G internet subscription with colleagues in a conference room or on a business trip, with fellow students at school or with family on the camping site. When there is no broadband network available or as an alternative for a cable or DSL connection, the user can easily place a 3G modem in the USB 2.0 port of the router and share 3G internet. The compact Mobile Router has a built-in power adapter which saves a lot of space and enables the user to easily take the device with him in the included X-series travel bag wherever he goes. Moreover the WL-357 distinguishes itself thanks to the modern and extremely small casing (9 cm x 6,5 cm x 3 cm) with internal antennas.
The Mobile Router is equipped with two Internal High Performance Antennas to strengthen the range of the wireless network. The two internal antennas reduce “dead spots” and guarantee expanded coverage at any location. The WL-357 supports the latest wireless technology 802.11n which enables speeds up to 300 Mbps. Because of the fact that many users attach a major importance to simple and user-friendly solutions, the Mobile Router is standard fully “out of the box” secured with WPA2. Furthermore a secure wireless connection can be easily established with just the push of the OPS button (One-Push Setup) and without any complicated installation of additional software.
