20th May 2005 - Rock Group plc, in conjunction with MV has announced today that it will be relocating the MV offices from London to Leamington Spa. This will give the MV brand the opportunity to benefit from all the facilities at rockdirect.

Nick Boardman, Managing Director of Rock Group plc, said, "MV launched successfully in the UK last year, winning 10 awards from independent
magazines within the first six months. MV's mission is clear - to provide great value, reliable notebooks to a variety of consumers. To maintain our competitive edge senior management has decided to look at streamlining the
operation. Relocating made sense, combining key back office operations and sharing warehouse space, MV will take advantage of the established systems already in place with rockdirect and pass these savings directly onto the consumer. Other benefits include regular face to face product training from Alasdair Bailey, MV's Product Manager. We're looking forward to welcoming the team and MV can continue to focus on providing cost effective notebooks to the UK."

Over the next few weeks, MV's office in London will close and everything will relocate to the Rock Group plc offices in Leamington Spa. The team at MV London has been offered relocation packages to move to their new offices and the company is currently in consultation with staff.
