Frequency (RF) modules for multimedia and set-top box applications, has
chosen the NXT2004(tm) VSB/QAM receiver and the NXT2003(tm) DTV Cable and
Terrestrial Receiver for its latest generation of ATSC (advanced television
systems committee) and cable tuners as it brings the benefits of RF-to-bits
modules to the DTV market.

NASDAQ:ATYT) announced today that ATI's NXT6000(tm) has been chosen by
NovaPal Limited for its SetPal digital terrestrial receiver module which is
currently shipping in the United Kingdom. SetPal technology facilitates the
viewing of existing and future free-to-view digital terrestrial channels on
a standard analog television set. SetPal technology is currently being
shipped in volume in the UK by Daewoo model DS608P, Labgear model DTT100 and
Triax model DVB2000T.
