Rizeon have shown their commitment to excellent customer service by offering a fully insurance backed warranty with every notebook computer.The standard cover is a 1 Year European Collect and Return service covering parts and labour. Customers have the option to extend this to 2 or 3 years should they feel they need to. That means Rizeon will collect, repair and then return the notebook free of charge.
Offering 2nd and 3rd year extended cover as options allows our customers decide the level of service they require and also determines the cost, allowing greater flexibility.
