October 23rd, 2014, Shenzhen, China - As the screens of flat panel display products become larger and larger, the sizes of tablet PCs are also increasing. Compared with small-sized tablet PCs, large-sized ones can offer consumers a better experience in game playing and video watching, and are therefore becoming more and more favored by consumers. Accordingly, KTC has introduced the 101P51C, a new 10.1" quad-core tablet PC.
The quality of the screen is evident in the KTC 101P51C as it employs the Samsung ultra-high resolution (1280x800) PLS screen with a bright KTC backlight unit, providing excellent visual experiences in image viewing, movie watching, online browsing and game playing. The 178° full view display also enables the full visual scope of imagery.
In appearance, the KTC 101P51C is designed with the perfect "golden ratio" of 16:10 and pleases the eye with its incorporated narrow bezel. The ultra-thin body (5.9 mm at its thinnest), together with the dark green rear shell, endows the entire device with a sense of technology and fashion. The KTC 101P51C, with an appearance specially designed on the basis of ergonomics, can be held very comfortably too, making it easy to use in all sorts of situations.
As to hardware configuration, the KTC 101P51C uses MediaTek's new MTK8382 quad-core processor, with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage capacity. The quad-core processor mainly used in tablets is manufactured with 28nm technology and integrates an up to 1.3 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor. This solution has remarkable advantages such high performance and low power consumption; together with the fully upgraded Android 4.4.2 OS, it greatly improves the overall performance of the tablet PC.
In addition, the 101P51C is configured with a 2MP front-facing camera and a 5MP rear-facing camera (a 0.3MP front-facing camera and 2MP rear-facing camera is optional). It ships with a high-capacity 7000mA battery and features other functions like 3G cellular network connectivity, navigation, Bluetooth, FM radio, vehicle travelling data recorder, augmented reality and 3D mapping. KTC also offers personalized customization service to ensure that customer requirements are satisfied to the maximum extent possible.
