At the E3 Nintendo conference, the AOL prize winner was invited on stage to take on Shigeru Miyamoto, Satoru Iwata, and Reggie Fils-AimeWii Sports, in a game of tennis - all three had their own faces imprinted on their on-screen character's faces. Speaking to MTV news, Miyamoto has now confirmed that this feature will be included for gamers in the retail version.In the interview Miyamoto confirmed the feature by saying that, "the Wii Sports series features these little models which you can put your own faces on... Then you may start to see those characters, with faces you've created, appearing in different games on the Wii system."
We'll be keeping our eyes firmly fixed on the Nintendo camp to uncover which other games will feature the face mapping feature.
