Ubisoft has confirmed that PlayStation 3 gamers will be the first to get their hands on the multiplayer beta phase of Assassin’s Creed Revelations.

Kicking off on September 3, 2011 and running until September 11, PlayStation Plus members and Uplay members be given exclusive access to the multiplayer beta, which will boast three maps, nine characters and three game modes.

The beta phase will include the following content:

Playable characters: The Sentinel, The Vanguard, The Guardian, The Vizier, The Thespian, The Deacon, The Bombardier, The Trickster and The Champion

Three maps: Knight’s Hospital, Antioch and Constantinople

Four playable modes: Wanted, Manhunt, Deathmatch, and Artifact Assault

Assassin’s Creed Revelations will be available on November 15, 2011 along with the Collector’s Edition, the Animus Edition and the Special Edition. The multiplayer beta will host just a fraction of the content that will be made available on launch day.
