Promised multi-platform releases fail to appear for Mac
According to an article on AppleInsider, EA haven't managed to deliver any of the promised key titles including Battlefield 2142, Command and Conquer 3, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Need for Speed Carbon.So we did a quck ring around and sure enough, those four titles can't be had in the usual notable stores. However, unlike AppleInsider, we could find Mac versions of some of the above games on Amazon... but only on Amazon. Still, got to be better than nothing, eh?
Madden NFL 08 and Tiger Woods 08 are definitely delayed and AppleInsider has some ideas as to why but whatever the reason, porting issues for Mac versions aren't going to go down well with the Apple crowd, especially as other developers have seen fit to code specifically for the Mac with their titles.
