Unreal Tournament 2007 for Xbox 360 in October?

Orginally slated for release on PC and PS3, Unreal Tournament 2007 will apparently blow fans away with the gameplay, modifiability and visuals. The Xbox 360 version was confirmed by Midway CEO David Zucker at E3 last year, but since then it's all gone very quiet. Play.com have now listed the Xbox 360 version on their website with the release date being October 1st 2007.

Online retailers are notorious for getting release dates wrong, but at least it appears as though Unreal Tournament 2007 is definitely on its way to all three formats.

Mark Rein, vice president and co-founder of Epic Games said "Unreal fans should be rest assured that UT2007 will indeed raise the bar for not only the UT franchise but for all FPS titles, PC or console."

Unreal Tournament 2007 is expected to be released on PC and PS3 in the first quarter of the year.

hehe, now what exclusive titles does ps3 hold over the 360?

i remember alot of sony fanboys gloating on how 360 users wont get ut2k7.

That was due to Sonys underhand marketting tactics. Chucking the dev and publisher a heap of cash to exclusviely promote the PS3 version of the game. The same underhand tactics that MS used when they claimed that GTA would be 360 exlcusive.
