Moving with the times
There are few sectors that can afford to ignore the mobile device revolution and, given that they all have cameras these days, photography is certainly no exception.
Long-established photography brand BonusPrint has issued its response to the new technological environment with the launch of a free iPad app that enables you to turn a collection of photos into a photo book.
Once you've used the app you can then get BonusPrint to turn those photos into a physical photo album, although the cost was not detailed in the release. The album is a 24-page, spiral-bound book with one image per page.
This seems like a good idea as, while many people enjoy the convenience of being able to take photos using their mobile devices, they may well want the opportunity to view and share them in the old-fashioned way. It will be interesting to see what kind of uptake this app experiences.
