Philips Fidelio NC1 headphones with Active Noise Cancellation: hear nothing but first class sound

The Philips Fidelio NC1s are the first in the Philips Fidelio headphone range with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to block out ambient noise for an enhanced travel experience.

The headphones use a hybrid ANC approach, with four microphones detecting ambient noise before inverting the signal, effectively canceling it out and converting background noise to silence. Two ‘FeedBackward' microphones positioned next to the headphone drivers provide strong noise cancellation at low frequencies, whilst the two ‘FeedForward' microphones positioned on the outside of the headphone extend the bandwidth of noise cancellation into the mid and high frequencies.

With a battery that lasts for up to 30 hours, you can fly to the other side of the world before needing to recharge with the USB cable. Alternatively the NC1's can be used as a standard set of headphones of the ANC function is switched off.

The Philips Fidelio NC1s will be available for EUR 249 in key European markets from October.

The Philips Fidelio B5 wireless surround sound speaker - stereo to surround sound in seconds

The Philips Fidelio B5 is the smartest and most versatile of soundbars thanks to its two wireless detachable speakers that can now also be used as independent Bluetooth speakers - battery life is up to 5 hours for music and even up to 10 hours in movie mode from just one full charge.

Used in its standard configuration, the Fidelio B5 delivers great sound for TV shows and movies day-to-day. And when it comes to fully immersing yourself in the action, simply place the two wireless detachable speakers behind you for a real surround sound experience. Thanks to the advanced calibration algorithm, you don't need to worry about the positioning of the detachable speakers.

Every part of the soundbar, including the main bar and the two detachable speakers, can be used as independent Bluetooth speakers. The main bar also includes Bluetooth aptX® and AAC for high-fidelity streaming, as well as NFC for easy and intuitive pairing.

The Philips Fidelio B5 wireless surround soundbar speaker will be available from October in key markets across Europe for EUR 799.
