PRESS RELEASE

Buy a Sharp Aquos LC70LE836E LCD ‘Qualifying TV' and score a pair of tickets to a UEFA Euro 2012 match, with Currys and PC World

The UK's largest electrical retailers, Currys and PC World, are giving away tickets to the sold out Euro 2012 football tournament to customers who purchase the Sharp Aquos LC70LE836E LCD Qualifying TV in-store or online.

The exclusive promotion, officially kicking off tomorrow, Friday 13th April 2012 at 00.01am, and running to Thursday 26th April, will see a limited number of qualifying TVs available to purchase from participating Currys and PC World stores and online at currys.co.uk and pcworld.co.uk.

Customers who purchase Sharp's 70 inch mega-screen full HD LCD TV, priced at £3,999, and present proof of purchase online at www.sharp2012.com, will be entitled to a pair of tickets to one of three games of the UEFA Euro 2012 football tournament:

France v England - 11th June 2012

Spain v Ireland - 14th June 2012

Sweden v England - 15th June 2012

Daniel Collins, Assistant Category Manager at Currys and PC World, commented: "We're very excited to be offering our customers the opportunity to go to Euro 2012.  Our super-size TVs are seeing a massive growth in sales and we are expecting purchases of TVs bigger than 60 inches to triple year on year; not least because of the massive summer of sport ahead. All the 60 inch-plus TVs we sold last year alone would cover the football pitch at Wembley Stadium."
