London, United Kingdom (November 13, 2012) - ASUS, a global leader in the new digital era, today announces that it will be supporting Comet customers directly by honouring the retailer's 28-day DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) cover, in addition to the ASUS manufacturer warranty.
In their continuing efforts to provide the best support possible for their loyal customers, any customer purchasing ASUS hardware products from Comet until the close of business on 30th November 2012 are covered.
Customers encountering a legitimate hardware fault with their ASUS product within 28 days of purchase from Comet (for purchases made until the close of business on 30th November 2012) are requested to contact the ASUS Hotline(1) on 0844 800 8340 to verify the fault and commence ASUS' support procedure(2). A unit that meets the qualifying criteria will be subject to either a refund or a replacement ASUS product(2).
Customers encountering a legitimate hardware fault with their ASUS product, if encountered more than 28 days after purchase from Comet, should call the ASUS Hotline1 on 0844 800 8340 and follow ASUS' standard returns procedure.
