Weybridge, UK, 12th March 2009 - Supplies Team, a Sony VAIO Business Accredited Reseller, has been awarded the Reseller of the Year award at the first annual VAIO Business Programme forum, held at Mercedes Benz World, Weybridge, in March.
Rather than simply awarding it to the biggest or fastest growing reseller, Sony looked for the partner that encapsulated the spirit of the VAIO Business Programme. This included access to sales teams, training, business planning, collaborative marketing, as well as growth and performance against targets, all of which Supplies Team excelled at.
On accepting the award, Katie Komaromy, Supplies Team commented, "It's great to see Sony looking after its partners so well, especially during the current climate when securing customers can be particularly tough for us. It is a real boost for the whole company to be recognised for the commitment we have put into this programme and we are really happy with the results we have achieved so far as part of the VAIO Business Programme."
