A correctly-built system will have no trouble keeping a modern-day CPU running cool when idle. PC Specialist's liquid-cooled Core i5-3570K is suitably chilled.
The use of liquid cooling is an interesting choice for a relatively-small build, but PC Specialist wants to keep the overclocked CPU running cool at all times and Corsair's Hydro H40 appears to be an excellent choice. 64ºC when running flat out at 4.4GHz on all cores is really rather good.
And that large 200mm front intake? It's providing a good amount of clean air and helps the GPU stay cool during 3D gaming.
