Our highly-intensive Iometer benchmark combines 4KB read and write operations in a 50/50 spread and in this test, both single drive and RAID 0 performance is average at best.
The m4 SSD isn't ideal for workstation use, then, but as we've shown before, a drive's IOPs score isn't always indicative of everyday performance.
