Starting with the ATTO benchmark, we see Intel deliver on its promise of super-fast sequential throughput. Read performance in our tests hit 436MB/s, making this the fastest single SATA SSD we've ever tested.

Sequential write performance leaves a lot to be desired, though, and if you're still running a SATA 3Gbps platform, previous-generation 120GB drives offer higher speeds at a lower cost.
