Changing tack somewhat, we're also evaluating the usefulness of the Kingston 40GB SSD as an 'accelerator' in a netbook environment.

After taking out the mechanical hard drive out of the MSI Wind U100+, we replace it with the Kingston SSD and, later, with a Samsung 160GB, 7,200rpm, 2.5in SATA drive.
