Benchmarks: Display Colour
It is always going to be difficult for Gigabyte to follow-up on the gorgeous Aero 15 OLED display, and while the 17in HDR offering might not be as eye-opening, it remains a stellar IPS solution. Colour coverage and out-the-box accuracy are both exemplary, though our review unit does exhibit one unexpected characteristic. At first boot, colours appear washed out for a fraction of a second before being corrected; it's almost as if the colour profile isn't being applied instantly. This is a minor issue that you may not even notice, but it can be quite jarring when you know it is there.
