Benchmarks: Temperature and Noise

Cramming high-end gear into smaller laptops can be problematic when it comes to temperatures. With its larger frame, Gigabyte's Aero 17 is better able to keep temperatures down to a comfortable level.

Relatively cool temperatures are reflected in lower noise levels. The laptop could arguably be a tad quieter when idle - you can always hear the steady hum of the fans - but we're pleased to find that noise levels don't soar under full load.
