Benchmarks - Crysis 3

Homepage: Crysis.com/us/crysis-3 | Publisher: Electronic Arts | Developer: Crytek

Crysis 3 is a beautiful-looking game that continues to tax high-end systems. We've FRAPS'd a 30-second section near the start of the game, with lashing rain, numerous reflections and full DX11 pomp on show.

Performance at 4K jumps by 74 per cent in Crysis 3, going from unplayable to, at our settings, reasonably smooth.

A by-product of increased framerates is more frames within our specified 33ms. Half the frames are rendering in less time than this.

More oomph and good drivers translates to the worst one per cent of frames being the least harmful to smooth gameply in our line-up. So far, one card doesn't cut it at 4K, but two do.
