Codecreatures Pro
CodeCreatures Pro, a pretty benchmark from Codecult, probably lies between the nature tests of 3DMark 2001SE and 3DMark 2003 in terms of complexity. Featuring a mass of vertex and pixel shading, and a fantastic polygon count, it's almost perfect for these VPUs. Lots of pixel power and effective bandwidth preservation should be the key drivers.
The Radeon 9800 Pro seems to benchmark at around 15 - 20% faster than the incumbent 9700 Pro, so far.
Still the leader.
Not even the Radeon 9800 Pro can break the 30fps barrier at 1600x1200x32.
