3DMark 11 is the latest version of this hugely-popular synthetic benchmark. Making use of DX11 features such as tessellation, compute shaders and multi-threading, it provides modern-day results and is available as a free download.
It makes sense to look at the performance of the ASUS card against the reference GTX 650 Ti. It's also worth looking at a Radeon HD 7850 from AMD; it's about the same price.
The extra 108MHz core speed produces performance that's about six per cent better than reference at the 'Extreme' test.
