If you like your hard drives in the open and exposed to the elements, this could be the gadget for you.

Available from GeekStuff4U.com, this HDD Stage Rack will allow you to dock any 2.5" or 3.5" hard disk and then connect it to your computer. Previously featuring only a USB connection, the device now sports an eSATA port for those who demand more. What's not to like? They don't come much handier than this.

HDD Rack now with eSATA

It looks as though the new and improved HDD Stage Rack is already proving popular as GeekStuff4U now states an estimated lead time of February. Still, you can pre-order the device for $57.15, be warned however, you'll be paying a fair amount extra for shipping.

Shame it's so expensive. I could do with one of these.

Anyone from Scan fancy having a look to see if you can get them in? :)
The IT company I work for might well be interested in these for those times we need to retrieve data from a customer's PC. A UK supplier is a must though.
Does anyone know what HD formats it supports? IDE, SATA, SCSI, etc?
