Get an iLife
Apple famously chucks in a lot of extra stuff with each new Mac and one of the most popular is its iLife suite. It's comprised of iPhoto, iMovie, GarageBand (iGarageBand, surely? - Ed) iWeb and iDVD. There have apparently been major upgrades to the first three of those.
The enhancements to iPhoto seem to concern mainly how you organise your photos. iMovie '09 has an "incredible" new Precision Editor, while GarageBand '09 includes guitar lessons from Sting.
Anyone buying a new Mac from tomorrow will have iLife '09 chucked in, but existing Mac users will have to fork out £69 ($79 in the US) to upgrade.
