AMSTERDAM, November 23, 2010- AVG Technologies, developers of the world’s most popular free anti-virus software, announced today the opening of its new research campus and administrative offices at the Spielberk Office Center complex in Brno, Czech Republic. The modern facility occupies three office buildings that will house approximately 400 employees with the ability to expand as necessary.

AVG marked the opening with a welcome reception on November 23, 2010. As part of the festivities, a CzK 100,000 check was presented to Krtek, a children’s cancer foundation, to help support their efforts in pursuing excellence in helping cancer patients and families.
