PGP
Corporation, an organisation funded by Doll Capital Management and Venrock
Associates, is appointing European software and services specialist Intellect as
its master distributor for PGP secure message and data storage products across
EMEA. For PGP's existing EMEA customers, the agreement answers concerns about
how desktop and wireless encryption support will be delivered when Network
Associates withdraws its PGP product support on October 26th 2002.
Intellect's appointment is part of today's announcement that
PGP Corporation acquired Network Associates'
secure messaging and data storage products (PGP
Mail,
PGP File, PGP Disk, PGP Mobile, PGP Admin, PGP Keyserver, PGP SDK).
