At the press briefing prior to the Tokyo Game Show today, Microsoft has revealed that Ninja Gaiden 2, the long-awaited sequel to the platinum-selling Xbox original, will appear exclusively on Xbox 360 in 2008.

In Ninja Gaiden 2 players once again assume the role of Ryu Hayabusa as they guide the ninja hero on a quest to avenge his clan and prevent the destruction of the human race.

Square Enix also took to the stage to reveal further details regarding two new games for Xbox 360, Infinite UnDiscovery and The Last Remnant. The Last Remnant is an original RPG title, powered by Unreal Engine 3.
