Last week, Microsoft announced a shake up of the Xbox live arcade ,which starts with the de-listing of poorly rated arcade games, but will also include a new pricing scheme, larger game file sizes and a new first-party studio that will focus solely on XBLA games

One of the questions that was raised by gamers was whether we’d still be able to download games that we’d deleted from our collection after it had been de-listed

Gamerscore blog has cleared up the issue with Microsoft who say that you’ll still be able to re-download titles by visiting Download History under the Account Management section of the marketplace.

Microsoft is also reassuring concerned gamers by telling them that all games will function normally after de-listing and will still have a fully working online component and updated leader-boards.
