100 MS Points for a new track? Now we're talking!
New content for what I claim to be "the best racing game - ever!" is now available on Xbox Live Marketplace.
The updates for Forza Motorsport 2 come in three packages with the following dashboard descriptions:
- Renault Clio 197 - Free
Get the 2007 Renault Clio Renaultsport 197 for free! This car is also included in the December Car Pack. In-game credits required to purchase this car in career mode.
- December Car Pack - 400 MS Points (£3.40)
Eleven new car to collect, customise and race: Audi R8, Audi Sport Quattro, BMW Motorsport M3 E30, Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, Ferrari FXX, Koenissegg CCGT, Lamborghini Gallardo Supperleggera, Pontiac Trans Am SD-455, Porsche 911 GT1 (996), Renault 5 Turbo, Renault Clio Renaultsport 197. In-game credits required to purchase these cars in career mode.
- Road America Track Pack - 100 MS Points (85p)
Welcome to Road America, one of the truly world-class circuits in motorsports. This DLC track features 14 technical corners characterised by plenty of elevation changes, high-speed straights and challenging bends. Located in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, and host to the Champ Car and the American Le Mans series, this is Road America like you've never seen it before!
The highlight undoubtedly is the Road America Track Pack, labelled as 'specially priced by Turn 10', this is the way all DLC should be priced. It's as close to free as you can get! It's a shame however that the previously released Motegi Track Pack is still priced at 400 MS Points.
