Pronto Games have announced that The Destiny of Zorro will be making an appearance on Wii this year. Zorro is well-known for using a pistol and a bull-whip to defend the people, Robin-Hood style, but it's the rapier with which Diego de la Vega delivers the most damage, often leaving a mark with his distinctive emblem, a large 'Z' made with three quick cuts.

Pronto Games stated that, their combination of enthusiasm and expertise has led to an ideal partnership with Zorro Productions, Inc. for the developing of The destiny of Zorro. The two companies are located down the road from one another in the San Francisco East Bay. Pronto's game development strategy holds a core belief that video games should be small, fast and fun (SmaFF). These elements almost match the character of Zorro himself, though to his adversaries, Zorro often appears larger than life.

As a fight strategy or a game development strategy from Pronto, "instantly engaging" is key. The Destiny of Zorro embodies the Pronto strategy - gameplay is showcased first. The visuals are high quality, as are the audio and storyline. The game is easy to understand, with challenges for casual gamers but with an interest level that will attract hard core gamers, too.
