Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has confirmed that three big name titles will arrive on PSP later this year, including a version of the PS3 platform game, LittleBigPlanet.

In LittleBigPlanet players will be able to create their own levels and share them with the community just like the PS3 version. The second big title will be Motorstorm: Artic Edge which, no surprises for guessing, will be set in artic conditions. Finally, the Buzz series is back for a new outing with Buzz! Brain of the UK.

Sony says that these three titles are just the start of a stellar line-up of games coming to PSP this year.

“There are a lot of big claims in the gaming industry but we’re confident when we say that 2009 is going to be an exciting year for PSP,” said Mark Hardy, European Marketing Director, SCEE. “Our fans have demanded big PSP titles and this year, we’re going to deliver again and again. With Resistance: Retribution™, already on its way to stores, PSP gamers are going to get one big franchise after another.”
