If you want to make sure your the first in the queue for a PS3 in November, the PS3 pre-order tracker could be the solution.

The search bot searches online stores in real-time to ensure the latest availability is added to their site. There's even the option to subscribe to their email service, so you'll know the latest availability as soon as it arrives.

Ive found this preorder site- they are in the UK which is great as most sites ive found are in the US and show stuff in dollars!! http://www.ps3finder.co.uk

I emailed the webmaster the otherday asking him a question, in his reply he also hinted that he will have extra consoles availiable from a unknown source for release day for members of his mailing list, worth a try as another way of getting hold of a console me thinks?!
