Following feedback from PS3 gamers, Sony Europe will be launching a new look Playstation Network design in April.

Gamers made their feelings known via a survey, in which they asked for better navigation and an easier to use interface. Sony say that the new design will "deliver a hugely improved navigation system, much greater scope for categorisation and a dynamic new user interface."

As a result of the changes, content updates will be suspended for two weeks before the new look is unveiled in mid-April. Content will be suspended for two weeks while the improvements are carried out but users can look forward to a special update in mid-April.

The PLAYSTATION Store revamp will not affect PLAYSTATION Network accounts or the virtual wallet system.
