The 5mega pixel “Green Bean” makes an exclusive debut at all Best Buy locations in late April 2008 and packs a lot of punch in a small pod. “Argus is moving in a unique new direction with the digital camera, we are building trendy, innovative products that are functional, fun, affordable, and conscious minded.” stated Michael Innes, COO and EVP of Argus Camera, LLC. “We are very proud to be launching our new Bean® and Bean Sprout® line of at Best Buy stores this month, as we share very similar core environmental business philosophies.” The well equipped Bean® will ship in two variations; a 3.2 mega pixel or a more robust 5 mega pixel version. Both come standard with a full 1.5” LCD display, 16MB internal Flash memory, USB output, SD upgrade slot, still/movie/play back modes and an environmentally friendly lithium-ion rechargeable battery. Additional accessories include user guide, video cable, USB cable, Arcsoft PhotoImpression, and driver installation CD. Both Bean models use standard SD memory cards.

Just the right size to clip to your key chain or belt loop, it’s the perfect companion to capture any moment without the bulk of a traditional digital camera.
