Benchmarks: Temperature
A deca-core CPU at 4.2GHz and a couple of overclocked Titan X cards will generate their fair share of heat, yet even on a warm summer's day, Scan's custom liquid-cooling loop has no problem keeping temperatures in check. Staying well below 70ºC while gaming is an admirable feat, and though the temperatures could no doubt be lowered further with a more aggressive fan profile, we appreciate the fact that the 3XS X99 Carbon Fluid Extreme SLI favours a better balance between cooling and noise.
