Benchmarks: Power Consumption

Idle power consumption is a little higher than we'd like. We don't expect systems as high-end as this to be frugal, but we suspect a little optimisation is needed to bring those levels down a touch. For those wondering, Scan is feeding the CPU 1.3V in order to obtain a stable 4.9GHz all-core overclock.
