If it's raw sequential throughput you're after, there's no beating the second-generation SandForce SF-2281 controller. Drives based around the chip - such as the Kingston HyperX, OCZ Vertex 3, Patriot Pyro and Corsair's own Force GT - all lead the way in this benchmark.

But the Marvell-powered Performance Pro isn't far off, and our read and write results of 504MB/s and 440MB/s, respectively, are almost an exact match to Corsair's quoted specification.
